Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily living support to senior clients in South Omaha, Bellevue, and Council Bluffs.

• Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.

• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.

• The ability to document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are a huge plus!
• Hands-On Caregiving Experience: Previous personal (e.g., caring for a loved one or family member) or professional caregiving experience, specifically assisting with CNA training, bathing, toileting/incontinence, and physical transfers, is strongly preferred.
• Memory Care: Experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a major plus.
• Core Traits: Adaptability, empathy, compassion, and genuine kindness are absolute MUSTs.
• Composure & Judgment: Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain a calm, reassuring presence in dynamic or high-stress situations.
• Reliability: Proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and strict adherence to schedules.
• Screening & Credentials: Proof of U.S. work authorization, ability to pass background checks. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and age 19+.
