Who We're Looking For
We want dependable, professional, and compassionate caregivers who take pride in making a difference. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, if you’re motivated and kind—we want you on our team.
What You'll Do
Help seniors with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and incontinence care
Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
Ensure client safety and comfort at home
Communicate regularly with our care coordination team
What You’ll Need to Get Started
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and current auto insurance
Willing to register with the California Home Care Aide Registry
Willing to complete a TB test, background check, and drug screening
Drug test must be passed prior to hire
Caregiving experience is a plus (especially with seniors or dementia)
CNA license or Alzheimer's/Dementia experience is a bonus—but not required
