Position Overview:
We seek an experienced and empathetic HCA Caregiver to support clients in Lancaster, CA. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage personal commitments while doing meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide compassionate care and support tailored to individual memory care needs.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with safe mobility and client transfers.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in home care, especially with dementia or Alzheimer's patients (required).
Bilingual in Spanish (required).
Valid CPR Certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to assist with client mobility and transfers.
Reliable transportation; having a car is a plus.
