Looking for caregiver jobs near you with flexible scheduling and weekly pay? CareWorks Health Services is hiring In-Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and clients throughout Orange County.

We offer flexible senior home care jobs with morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities. Experienced caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), Personal Care Aides, and individuals with personal caregiving experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Schedule

• $18–$23 per hour

• Weekly pay

• Direct deposit every Friday

• Flexible scheduling

• Morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities

• Schedules are coordinated with our scheduling team based on client needs and your stated availability

• Available shifts are communicated by text, email, or our scheduling team

• Caregiver opportunities throughout Orange County

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from:

• Experienced caregivers

• In-Home Caregivers

• Home Care Aides (HCA)

• Personal Care Aides (PCA)

• Individuals with personal caregiving experience

• Individuals with senior care or home care experience

• Compassionate and dependable individuals interested in a career in home care

At least 6 months of caregiving experience is preferred. Personal caregiving experience may also be considered.

Requirements

• HCA number or willingness to obtain one

• Willingness to complete Live Scan/background screening

• Reliable and dependable

• Professional and compassionate

• Comfortable assisting clients with activities of daily living

• Able to follow client care plans and instructions

• Good communication skills

What You'll Do

Depending on each client's needs, you may provide:

• Bathing and personal hygiene assistance

• Dressing and grooming

• Toileting and incontinence care

• Transfers and mobility assistance

• Fall prevention and safety support

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Laundry

• Medication reminders

• Companionship

• Grocery shopping

• Approved errands

• Accompanying clients to appointments

• General support and supervision

HCA & Live Scan Reimbursement

Eligible HCA registration and Live Scan costs are reimbursable after completing 30 hours of shifts with CareWorks. (Terms & Conditions apply)

• HCA registration: approximately $35

• Live Scan: approximately $70–$90

• Costs vary depending on location and provider
