What You'll Do:
As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing compassionate, one-on-one care.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
    • Bathing.
    • Dressing.
    • Grooming.
    • Toileting.
    • Meal preparation.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
  • Observe and report changes in clients' condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff.
  • Promote each client's comfort, dignity, and independence.
 
Qualifications:
We're looking for caring, dependable individuals who are passionate about helping others.

Preferred qualifications include:
  • At least 2 years of caregiving experience.
  • Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus.
  • Comfortable assisting with ADLs, mobility, and transfers.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Current auto insurance.
  • Willingness to transport clients when needed.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
