Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Care Caregivers to join our team in Waupun, WI.

We are currently hiring caregivers to support a client who requires 24-hour in-home care, creating immediate openings for day, evening, and overnight shifts. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, you'll become part of a dedicated care team making a meaningful difference every day.

As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one care that helps your client remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the home they love while offering comfort, companionship, dignity, and peace of mind to both the client and their family.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that promotes safety, independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers
  • Monitor the client's well-being and maintain a safe environment
  • Support individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
  • Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
  • Communicate changes in the client's condition with the office team to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
  • Paid training provided for qualified candidates
