Looking for a meaningful job with flexible scheduling? We are hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers for day and overnight shifts. Whether you want steady full-time hours or a flexible PRN schedule, we’ll work with your availability.
What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver, you’ll provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.
- Assist with daily activities (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide medication reminders and support per care plans
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and transportation to appointments or errands
- Use equipment such as Hoyer lifts and transfer devices (if needed)
- Report changes in client condition to the care team
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, home health, or assisted living preferred
- Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or disabilities is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Ability to assist with lifting and transfers
- CPR & First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Must follow HIPAA and care plan guidelines
