We are seeking a motivated In-Home Design & Sales Consultant to serve homeowners throughout the Tri-Cities market. This role combines consultative sales with residential design, helping customers create beautiful kitchens and bathrooms using premium countertop surfaces and complementary products.
If you enjoy working directly with homeowners, have an eye for design, and thrive in a performance-based sales environment, we'd love to meet you.
We are looking for professionals who combine strong sales ability with a passion for design and helping homeowners improve their living spaces.
Ideal backgrounds include:
Experience using design software such as 20/20, SketchUp, or similar programs is a plus but not required.
