Make every day meaningful at Catholic Charities, where your work truly matters.
If you're looking for a role where you can have fun, feel fulfilled, and make a real impact, this is the place for you! Our dedicated, upbeat team of direct support professionals works one-on-one with amazing youth-helping them grow, thrive, and achieve their goals. Sometimes that means cooking a favorite meal together, celebrating a breakthrough, or just sharing a laugh. It all matters.
We are currently hiring DSPs to support youth with high behavioral needs in the Little Falls area. Because schedules may shift at times (such as for weather), we strongly prefer candidates who live near Little Falls.
Because most of the homes our staff work in have cats or dogs, we want employees to feel comfortable and confident around household pets.
