What You'll Do:
- Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
- Guide customers through flooring and design selections.
- Measure spaces and prepare professional proposals.
- Manage projects from consultation through installation.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with our office and installation teams to ensure exceptional results.
What We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales experience preferred (flooring, home improvement, kitchen & bath, remodeling, real estate, solar, retail, or similar).
- Comfortable using technology tablets, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability for some evenings and Saturdays.
