What you’ll do
Travel to multiple homes daily across the Toledo area to diagnose and repair major appliances — refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
Deliver a standout customer experience from greeting to goodbye.
Offer value-added solutions that make homes cleaner, more comfortable, and better protected.
Keep your service vehicle organized and parts managed efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Mechanical aptitude, including comfort with diagnostic and repair tools; prior appliance repair/diagnosis experience preferred.
Ability to follow standard processes for quality workmanship.
Smartphone proficiency, including ordering parts on-device.
Valid driver’s license in the state(s) you work and ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable hours with required overtime.
Strong verbal and written communication; able to read, write, and speak English and interpret technical documentation to solve problems.
Physical capability: constantly lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
