      What You'll Do<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
        <\/li>
      • Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living and functional mobility.
        <\/li>
      • Reinforce therapeutic exercises, adaptive strategies, and home safety recommendations.
        <\/li>
      • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment and techniques that promote long -term success.
        <\/li>
      • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team.
        <\/li>
      • Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        What We're Looking For<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)<\/b> license.
          <\/li>
        • Strong communication and patient education skills.
          <\/li>
        • Compassionate, self -motivated, and organized.
          <\/li>
        • Home health experience is welcomed but not required.
          <\/li>
        • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
          <\/li><\/ul>
