We design, manufacture, and install beautiful, durable, maintenance-free bath solutions that improve homes and enhance quality of life. We are seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to run qualified, pre-set appointments with homeowners interested in bath remodeling solutions. This is a high-performance outside sales opportunity with strong lead flow, a proven sales process, and six-figure earning potential. Compensation & Opportunity: + 100% commission sales position + $100,000-$200,000+ annual earning potential + 10% commission on closed sales + Average project size of approximately $19,000 + Pre-set qualified appointments provided + No cold calling, door knocking, or self-generated prospecting required + Paid training + Uncapped earning potential Qualified Leads Provided: Our consultants meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services. Leads are generated through: + Home Depot partnerships + Home show and event marketing + Customer referrals + Company marketing programs This role focuses on meeting with qualified homeowners, designing solutions, and closing sales. Lead Flow & Schedule: + Approximately 2 pre-set appointments per day Monday through Friday + Approximately 1 appointment every other Saturday + Typical consultations last 90 to 180 minutes + One-call-close sales process preferred + Some evening and weekend appointments required + Independent field-based work What You'll Do: + Conduct in-home consultations with qualified homeowners + Assess customer needs and present customized bath remodeling solutions + Build trust through a consultative sales approach + Present pricing, product options, and design recommendations + Close sales during in-home appointments + Follow up with homeowners as needed to support conversion + Maintain accurate records of appointments and sales activity + Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process Ideal Background: Successful candidates often come from: + Bath remodeling sales + Window and door sales + Roofing sales + HVAC sales + Solar sales + Kitchen remodeling sales + Foundation repair sales + Gutter sales + Home improvement sales + High-ticket retail sales + Outside sales + In-home sales If you have a proven history of building rapport, presenting solutions, and closing sales, we'd like to speak with you.
