What Youll Do

Youll be the face of the customers flooring project - meeting homeowners in their space, understanding their vision and budget, and guiding them to the flooring solution that fits both. Youll work both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities, using your expertise and consultative approach to close with confidence.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience
• A hunters mentality paired with strong relationship-building instincts
• Sharp communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort presenting and speaking with confidence in front of clients
• Self-motivation, coachability, and a competitive drive
• Comfort with basic sales tracking/reporting tools
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
