We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Specialist to help homeowners take the next step in solving their plumbing issues. This is not a pushy sales role - it's about listening, educating, and confidently guiding customers to schedule service with a team they can trust.

Plumbing isn't optional - when something goes wrong, homeowners need help fast. That means you're not selling something people don't want - you're helping them solve a real problem and connecting them with a trusted professional.

Compensation: Base of $30,000 - $50,000 + Commissions. Uncapped Earning Potential!

What You'll Do

  • Speak with homeowners via phone, text, and online inquiries
  • Understand customer needs and concerns, then recommend scheduling service
  • Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into booked appointments
  • Build rapport quickly and create a positive, professional experience
  • Follow up with unscheduled leads to secure appointments
  • Work closely with dispatch and service teams to ensure a smooth handoff
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Strong communication skills - confident, clear, and personable
  • Ability to build trust quickly over the phone
  • Sales mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles preferred (but not required)
