About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bath remodeling solutions that match their vision and budget. This outside sales role combines relationship-building, technology, and design to create an engaging customer experience from consultation to close.

Compensation

• Commission-based position
• Expected earning potential: $150,000 – $250,000+ annually
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Build customized bath designs using user-friendly software tools
• Educate homeowners on product options, features, and pricing
• Deliver accurate quotes and close sales consistently
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales skills
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home remodeling or construction industry experience is a plus
• Comfortable presenting and speaking confidently with homeowners
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based sales environment
• Outgoing and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
