Texas Bath & Shower is looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting new people, helping homeowners improve their homes, and have a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, learn about their remodeling goals, and recommend bath and shower solutions that fit their needs and budget. You'll use our easy-to-use sales technology to create designs, present options, and close sales.
What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
- Use our iPad-based sales system to design bath and shower projects.
- Build customer relationships and provide outstanding service.
- Present pricing and financing options.
- Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Sales experience is preferred; home improvement or remodeling sales is a plus.
- Comfortable presenting to homeowners and asking for the sale.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local area.
- Basic computer and tablet skills.
