In-Home Sales Representative

Location: Downers Grove, IL
Schedule: Monday–Saturday Availability Required
Compensation: $400–$500 weekly base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs and budget. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design, present, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an outside sales position with unlimited earning potential for driven, goal-oriented individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Build customized bath designs using our user-friendly design software.
• Present pricing, answer customer questions, and confidently close sales.
• Attend weekly sales training sessions to continually develop your skills and product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local service area.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
• Outgoing, professional, and confident personality.
• Passion for helping homeowners improve their homes.
