Key Responsibilities

• Outside sales in homes and businesses
• You sell and run your territory as a business
• Create your own appointments and run company provided appointments
• You track performance, identify gaps, and take extreme ownership of your results
• You track KPIs like conversion rates, average ticket size, and closerates
• You optimize and refine sales strategies to increase efficiency and results
• You are data-driven, not just selling but analyzing why you are winning

Skills and Experience we are looking for

• 3 years of in-home sales experience, plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, roofing, or similar
• Strong sales closer - you know how to handle objections and maximize revenue
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• You own the room, maintaining strong eye contact, confidence, and conversation flow
• You think fast on your feet and can adapt to any situation
• Youre an active listener who can read the customer and adjust accordingly
