About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized solutions, and guide them through the purchase process. This is a high-earning opportunity for individuals with strong closing skills and in-home sales experience.
Compensation
$150,000 – $250,000+ annual earning potential
100% commission-based

What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based system
Design customized bath solutions using company software
Present pricing and close sales during appointments
Build rapport and guide customers through the decision-making process
Participate in ongoing weekly training and development
What We’re Looking For
Proven in-home sales experience (required)
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Experience in home remodeling or related industries (preferred)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
Professional, confident, and customer-focused
Reliable transportation and local residency required
