We're looking for a motivated and driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team and help homeowners bring their dream bathrooms to life.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Earn 10% commission on every sold job. Providing excellent income potential for motivated sales professionals. There is no cap on your earnings. Your success is directly tied to your performance.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Gen-X Renovations, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs and vision. This outside sales position utilizes advanced technology to design, present, and close high-quality bath remodeling projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in our products and services
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually develop your skills
• Utilize our easy-to-use software to create customized bath designs and solutions
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity reports

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus
• Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area
• Confidence presenting to homeowners and delivering professional sales presentations
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
