We're Hiring Two Future Top Producers.

Allied Roofing & Construction is growing, and we're looking for two hungry, competitive and highly coachable salespeople who want to build a serious career in high-ticket in-home sales.

We create the opportunities. You learn the system, run the appointments and close the business.

This role focuses primarily on roofing, with opportunities to sell siding, windows, doors and other exterior home-improvement projects.

The Money

Typical Commission: Approximately $2,100 Per Sale

We pay 10% commission on projects sold at Allied's approved pricing.

Our average residential project is approximately $21,000, with many projects ranging from 21,000-50,000+.

• $1M sold approximately $100K commission
• $1.5M sold approximately $150K commission
• $2M sold approximately $200K commission
• $2.5M sold approximately $250K commission

Up to $20,000 Performance-Based Sign-On Bonus

Qualified new hires can earn up to $20,000 in additional first-year compensation by hitting defined performance and production milestones.

Up to $10,000 in Ramp-Up Support

Qualified hires may also be eligible for up to $10,000 in structured ramp-up support while learning Allied's products, systems and sales process.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need years of roofing experience.

We're especially interested in candidates who already understand the basics of professional selling, know how to follow a process and are still hungry enough to be coached.

Strong backgrounds include:

• Roofing
• Windows
• Siding
• Bath or kitchen remodeling
• HVAC
• Solar
• Automotive sales
• High-ticket retail
• Fitness or membership sales
• Other one-call-close or face-to-face sales organizations

Previous home-improvement experience is helpful but not required.

Roofing is the bread and butter of our business, so candidates must be willing to learn the trade, inspect roofs and become confident presenting roofing solutions.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Safely climb a ladder up to at least 20 feet
• Perform residential exterior and roofing inspections after training
