Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time In-Home Services Worker (IHSW) for our In-Home Adult program in Duluth, MN. As an IHSW, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives. As part of RSI's private In-Home support program, we provide services for an adult male with an intellectual disability who is living in his own apartment. Shift times will range between 9:30 am to 10:30 pm, with the possibility of split shifts. Every other weekend is required.
Salary: $20.25-$21.25 per hour

As an IHS Worker, you will serve adults living in private home settings. You will help individuals achieve their maximum level of independence by providing skill training and supports needed to perform everyday tasks.
