    In-House Litigation AttorneyLocation: Madison, WI (requires relocation with financial assistance).Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to navigate legal risks as we expand across a rapidly changing industry. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel on our competitive strategy.Responsibilities include drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.Key qualifications:3‑7 years of litigation experience, including drafting, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial.Strong academic and professional background.Detail‑oriented, creative, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.Relocation to Madison, WI required and fully reimbursed.COVID‑19 vaccination necessary.We offer competitive salaries, bonuses, equity (stock grants), annual raises, and comprehensive benefits.
