In-House Litigation AttorneyEpic is hiring at our Madison, WI campus. We offer relocation assistance and a competitive package including salary, bonuses, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.As an In-House Litigation Attorney, you will help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on competitive strategy, conduct oral arguments, draft motions and briefs, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases. Your responsibilities grow with your skill set.Required experience:3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying casesCompetitive and regulatory litigation experience is a plusStrong academic and professional backgroundEye for detail, creativity, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skillsWillingness to travel up to 25% of the timeRelocation to Madison, WI area required (relocation fully reimbursed)COVID-19 vaccination requiredBenefits: Competitive salary and bonus structure, annual raises, equity opportunities, and global health care coverage.
