Come join the “confidence” crew!Position Summary: We are seeking an in-house attorney with three years of experience to join our legal team. Reporting to our General Counsel, this role is a key member of a small, high-performing team that will focus on risk management through litigation & claims management, contract review & drafting, and assisting the team with other legal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with health care law, with the ability to navigate a high volume of legal matters in a fast-paced environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic corporate environment.Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:Manage ongoing legal matters ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely cross-functional team collaborationDevelop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal risks affecting the businessConduct in-house audits, reviewing and revising policies, practices, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsProvide legal advice on operational procedures, and other operational mattersCollaborate cross-functionally to develop policies and procedures that align with legal and regulatory requirementsConduct legal research and maintain awareness of changes in legislation affecting the businessEnsure the organization's corporate practices are aligned with its core values and adhere to the highest ethical standardsObtain and understand the necessary technical and business requirements to prioritize protection of the company's brand, reputation and assetsQualifications Qualifications:Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the bar (Florida bar license preferred)Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on case management.
