About the Role:
Join MedPOINT Management as an In-House IPA Representative and play a crucial role in enhancing healthcare services in Sherman Oaks, CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.About Us:

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and the IPA to facilitate effective communication.
  • Coordinate and manage provider relations to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new providers within the network.
  • Monitor and analyze provider performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of provider engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with providers to discuss updates and address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of provider interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations or provider relations.
  • Strong understanding of IPA and managed care principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for improving healthcare services.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
