About the Role:
Join MedPOINT Management as an In-House IPA Representative and play a crucial role in enhancing healthcare services in Sherman Oaks, CA. Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and the IPA to facilitate effective communication.
- Coordinate and manage provider relations to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new providers within the network.
- Monitor and analyze provider performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of provider engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular meetings with providers to discuss updates and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of provider interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations or provider relations.
- Strong understanding of IPA and managed care principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for improving healthcare services.

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
