Required Qualifications
- be at least 20 years old
- have a valid driver’s license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
- ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time
- ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- ability to stand, stoop, crouch, kneel, lift, reach, push, pull, climb, and crawl
- ability to obtain certification and operate powered industrial equipment
- ability to read, write, and solve math problems
- successfully complete the following tests (before his or her start date in the position)

- ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
- ability to generate and process work on a computerized maintenance-management system
- ability to supply and maintain hand tools to accomplish daily duties

Preferred Qualifications
- current Industrial Maintenance associate
- have mechanical and diagnostic knowledge of powered industrial equipment
- knowledge of warehouse plumbing
- knowledge of ARC, MIG, and GAS welding and cutting
- ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics, and technical manuals
- experience in building/industrial maintenance or a related trade
- working knowledge of hydraulic systems
- carpentry skills
- working knowledge of D.C. voltage circuits and operational sequence of components
- knowledge of electrical (A.C. and D.C.) theory
