In House Painter

We are seeking a skilled, dependable In-House Painter to help maintain and improve our residential rental properties throughout the Portland and Gresham area. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working independently, and have experience with residential painting and property maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting of rental homes and apartment units
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming
Match paint colors and apply finishes with attention to detail
Repair minor drywall damage and perform basic surface preparation
Pressure wash homes, decks, walkways, and other exterior surfaces as needed
Maintain painting equipment and supplies
Work efficiently to prepare units for new residents
Coordinate with property managers and maintenance staff to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous residential or commercial painting experience required
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
Ability to perform drywall patching and minor repairs
Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Valid Oregon driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to safely work from an 8-foot ladder
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Dependable, self-motivated, and professional
