Humble, smart, common sense oriented.Opportunity includes:Working with leadership to fully create, define and grow this new role.Liaise with outside counselWork cross functionally with internal teamsCommercial real estate: play a crucial role in finalizing deals including working on closing statements, compliance, financing, title reviewGeneral Corporate: draft and negotiate contracts, entity formation, dissolution, etc.Position growth could include: management, oversight of additional legal areas based business needs and growth.Strong compensation and benefit package.
