A growing home care agency in Brooklyn is looking to hire an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for open positions
• Conduct phone screens and interviews
• Coordinate interviews with management
• Manage candidate pipeline and recruiting process
• Post jobs and utilize recruiting platforms effectively
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications:

• Prior recruiting experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and professional
• Home care or healthcare recruiting experience is a plus

Full-Time | In-Office
Salary: $75K–$95K DOE
