The Office of Data and Analytics (ODA) Business Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for the development and execution of business operations best practices in the department.
The incumbent contributes to the development of organizational strategies that increase team efficiency and productivity, assists with quality assurance for ODA data products, collaborates with the Office of Performance Excellence regarding ODA's contribution to agency strategic planning and KPI tracking, and advises on relationship management between ODA and other divisions. The incumbent may also provide support to other ODA projects as needed
