Starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

We''re hiring for immediate openings across our Branch Network (MA and NH), including Teller and Member Service Representative positions. These onsite roles provide the opportunity to work directly with members, deliver exceptional service, and help identify solutions that meet their financial needs.

We''re also hiring for Call Center Representative positions, which offer a hybrid work schedule of three days onsite in our Chelmsford, MA location and two days remote, following successful training. In this role, you''ll assist members over the phone while providing outstanding service and support.

What We''re Looking For

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency
• A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
