Job Summary

The In-Process Inspector is responsible for performing quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure electronic gaming machines meet established specifications and quality standards. This role works closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve defects while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-process inspections of electronic gaming machines to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and work instructions
  • Identify, document, and report defects, nonconformances, or deviations in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot quality issues and support root cause analysis activities
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve identified issues and improve product quality
  • Follow all established inspection procedures, quality guidelines, and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality and efficiency
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and within required timelines
  • Assist with additional quality-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a quality inspection, manufacturing, or assembly environment
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and irregularities
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures, instructions, and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate quality issues
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required based on business needs

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications
