Job Title: In Process Inspector
Industry: PCB / PWB Manufacturing, Aerospace and Defense Electronics
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (training on first shift)
Compensation: $18 to $22 per hour
High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in PCB/PWB manufacturing, focused on in process inspection or quality control.
Experience with bare boards, flex, and rigid flex circuits in high reliability electronics environments such as aerospace or defense.
Knowledge of PCB/PWB processes, defect identification, IPC standards, and military specifications.
Ability to use microscopes and inspection tools to identify defects in traces, holes, and board surfaces.
Ability to read drawings, travelers, and work instructions to ensure compliance.
Experience with MRP systems and production tracking for inspection documentation.
Perform in process inspection of PCB/PWB panels to identify defects during production.
Conduct visual inspections of traces, holes, thickness, and markings to ensure quality standards are met.
Verify travelers, lot numbers, and panel quantities before advancing product.
Use microscopes and inspection equipment to detect defects in flex and rigid flex boards.
Document results in MRP systems and production records.
Ensure compliance with IPC standards and aerospace quality requirements.
