    Imagine walking onto a spotless production floor where every measurement matters. As our In-Process QA Inspector (direct hire), you’ll ensure plastic and injection-molded parts meet the strict requirements of medical device manufacturing—helping deliver safe products to patients.

    What success looks like

    • You translate drawings and specifications into clear inspection actions
    • You use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM to verify critical dimensions
    • You uncover nonconformances early and keep detailed, accurate records
    • You collaborate with production to validate incoming materials and finished goods
    • You perform both in-process checks and final acceptance inspections
    • You uphold ISO 13485, GMP, cleanroom, and SOP standards without compromise

    Is this you?

    • 1–2 years of hands-on quality inspection in manufacturing
    • Experience with plastics or injection molding (strong plus)
    • Comfortable reading blueprints and applying tolerances
    • Ready for a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotating schedule (weekends included)
    • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation
    • Meticulous, organized, and a clear communicator

    Grow your edge

    • Medical device or other regulated manufacturing exposure
    • Hands-on with CMM or advanced inspection technologies
    • SPC know-how and familiarity with quality systems

    Knowledge that sets you apart

    • Quality Inspection Experience; Continuous Improvement
    • ISO 13485, FDA Regulations, and GMP foundations
    • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
    • Pharmaceutical environments and SOPs
    • Tolerance analysis; Precision measurement and hand metrology
    • Blueprint reading expertise

    Tools of the trade

    • Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
    • Measurement gauges
    • Calipers and micrometers

    Shift structure

    • 2-2-3 rotation on 12-hour shifts
    • Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
    • Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am (10% night differential)
