    Responsibilities

    We are looking for an In Room Dining Order Taker to join TEAM BLEAU! You will be responsible to answer the telephones on an upbeat, friendly manner, accommodate the guest order request, and process guest''s food bills according to established guidelines and instructions. Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following : Answer the telephone and take the order/request in a timely manner. Dispense the order/request to the appropriate staff using the proper procedure. Compute bill and operate cash register. Make change, cash checks, and issue receipts. Handle credit transactions. Ensure accuracy of collection and disbursement of money. Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of the basic functions of food operations. Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
    • Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours. May work graveyard shift periodically.
