We are seeking a part-time In-Room Dining Server at TOWER23 Hotel. This person will deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences directly to our guests' rooms-bringing hospitality to life in one of San Diego's most iconic beachfront settings.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
Take, prepare, and deliver food, beverage, and amenity orders to guest rooms
Ensure each guest interaction exceeds expectations
Confidently communicate over the phone and in person
Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions
Upsell food, beverages, and amenities to enhance the guest experience
Accurately handle POS transactions, payments, and end-of-shift reporting
Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
Maintain cleanliness of IRD areas, kitchen spaces, and guest hallways
Execute opening/closing duties and side work according to established procedures
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with leadership

Additional Requirements
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handler certifications (or the ability to obtain them after hire with company support)
