Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

• Appropriate N.J. Standard Teaching Certificate for subject matter in Grades 6-12 or K-12

• Prior job experience required:

• Ability and experience in working with students who have discipline problems

• An awareness of behavior management techniques

• Ability to establish good human relations

• Ability to work constructively with parents and staff

• Experience in working with young adults in a group setting

• Required criminal history background check, physical, and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. (CURRENT EMPLOYEES EXEMPT)

Salary: W.E.A. Contract Salary Guide $61,602.00 - $101,511.00
