About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales & Service Representative to assist walk-in customers and handle inbound calls for healthcare equipment and services.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where professionalism, urgency, and clear communication are essential. You will guide customers toward the right solutions while coordinating with our team to ensure a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer inbound calls and handle inquiries efficiently
- Guide customers to appropriate products based on their needs
- Process orders, rentals, and transactions accurately
- Coordinate with delivery and service teams
- Maintain organized customer records
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (in-person and phone)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable guiding conversations (not just taking orders)
