You will perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments
Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative
Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing
Perform outbound calls to retail and small ''B'' customers
You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations
