Pay: $22.00/hour
In this role you will:
- Learn about a variety of tax procedures including tax filing and payment requirements.
- Provide Best in Class Customer Service to taxpaying customers by phone in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Apply knowledge acquired in training and utilize resources to analyze and solve problems.
- Respond to a variety of tax types inquiries.
- Access data utilizing basic computer skills.
- Communicate professionally using correct grammar, spelling & punctuation.
- Comply with all ethical and confidentiality requirements.
