Inbound Dock Receiving & Staging Lead

Own the pace of the inbound floor

Step into a day where you set the rhythm in a fast-moving Distribution & Fulfillment Center. From the first trailer at the dock to the final putaway, you’ll guide the flow of large products, keep safety front-and-center, and coordinate hands-on movement with forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles. We’re hiring immediately for a full-time lead who values independence and thrives in a physically active environment.

What you’ll tackle

• Unload and stage inbound product from trailers and containers; transfer materials across storage locations as needed.
• Frequently lift and move loads up to 100 lbs and, at times, handle items up to 250 lbs.
• Operate forklifts and other powered equipment safely and correctly.
• Champion a safety-first mindset for yourself and your team members.

What helps you succeed

• Able to learn warehouse computer tools and distribution center scanning systems.
• Eligible to obtain a company-issued Forklift/Powered Industrial Vehicle license (as required).
• Comfortable with counting, basic math, and measurements.
• Can read, write, and understand straightforward written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable for a consistent, full-time schedule.

Compensation

Pay Warehouse Lead Associate: $18.00 - $20.50

Benefits: Eligible Team Members can enroll in comprehensive programs including Health, Dental, Vision, Life/Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, and a 401(k). Based on hire date and work location criteria, you may qualify for up to 80 hours of PTO in your first calendar year, which includes paid sick time as required by applicable law.
