We are seeking detail-oriented Inbound Quality Inspectors to oversee the inspection and verification of incoming aviation materials, parts, and supporting documentation. This role is essential to maintaining compliance with internal Quality Management System (QMS) standards while ensuring all inventory received meets required specifications and documentation standards. This position is 100% on site and works in an outside environment. Interested candidates should apply for immediate consideration.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed visual inspections of incoming aircraft parts and materials.
  • Verify materials and accompanying documentation against purchase orders, repair orders, and internal quality requirements.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, or non-conforming items and escalate as appropriate.
  • Review quantities, physical condition, and release records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Accurately enter and validate inspection data within company systems and databases.
  • Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures for applicable materials.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with additional quality or operational duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of experience handling or processing aviation surplus parts required.
  • Previous experience in quality inspection, receiving, or related operational work preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO, AS, or similar quality standards is a plus.
