Description

Lead the Flow of Goods from Dock to Data

When the first truck backs into the dock, you set the pace. As the Inbound Logistics Receiving Supervisor, you orchestrate the receiving team’s day—directing the count, the checks, the labels, and the system updates that keep our inventory picture crystal clear.

What a day looks like

  • Coordinate the receiving crew’s priorities and assignments to keep inbound freight moving efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips—no pallet goes unchecked.
  • Ensure every item is accurately counted, labeled, and recorded in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Stage and organize inbound inventory for storage or immediate distribution to internal partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain precise records to support replenishment and accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to damages, shortages, or documentation issues.
  • Coach, train, and support receiving associates to drive productivity and adherence to procedures.
  • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently if certified.
  • Champion a clean, orderly, and safe work area aligned with OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

What you bring

  • Experience leading in a receiving or warehouse environment.
  • Solid understanding of receiving workflows, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on experience with RF scanners and WMS platforms.
  • Forklift experience; certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Clear communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
