Inbound Materials Grader

Imagine starting your shift, checking your station, and immediately adding value—sorting materials with precision, spotting quality issues before they become problems, and keeping the floor moving smoothly. As an Inbound Materials Grader, you’ll be a key link in an efficient, safety-first operation.

What you’ll do

• Grade and sort inbound materials according to defined specs and categories.
• Perform visual quality checks and escalate discrepancies quickly.
• Assist with loading/unloading to balance workflow.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.
• Work closely with teammates to meet or exceed daily goals.

Qualifications & readiness

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous labor, warehouse, or sorting experience is helpful.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented, follows instructions and SOPs reliably.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative attitude.
• Open to flexible scheduling and overtime when required.
