As an Inbound Materials Grader, you’ll be a key link in an efficient, safety-first operation.
What you’ll do
Grade and sort inbound materials according to defined specs and categories.
Perform visual quality checks and escalate discrepancies quickly.
Assist with loading/unloading to balance workflow.
Keep your area clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.
Work closely with teammates to meet or exceed daily goals.
Qualifications & readiness
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous labor, warehouse, or sorting experience is helpful.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Detail-oriented, follows instructions and SOPs reliably.
Strong communicator with a collaborative attitude.
Open to flexible scheduling and overtime when required.
