Step onto the dock where every delivery sets the day in motion

At our Tulsa, OK site, your shift begins with a trailer easing into the bay. You check the packing list, match it to the purchase order, and give each pallet a careful once‑over. Damaged box? You note it and loop in quality. Everything checks out? You record it in the system, label it clearly, and stage it for the next internal stop — production, quality, or stock. Whether you choose mornings (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) or evenings (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), you’ll keep materials flowing safely and accurately so our teams can build with confidence.

What you’ll do

  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against packing slips, POs, and quality requirements.
  • Record receipts in our inventory/ERP system and keep documentation organized.
  • Flag and report discrepancies, damage, or quality concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with procurement, quality, and production on material readiness and priorities.
  • Label, stage, and move materials to the correct internal locations.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe receiving area aligned with company safety practices and SOPs.
  • Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory activities.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment — training and certification provided.

What you bring

  • No prior experience needed — we’ll train you thoroughly.
  • Comfort with basic computer tasks and a willingness to learn ERP workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
  • Core strengths: reliability, clear communication, and juggling multiple priorities effectively.

Bonus points

  • Background in warehouse receiving.
  • Forklift experience or certification (we also provide training).
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
  • Exposure to lean/5S practices.

Schedule, location, and travel

  • Onsite role in Tulsa, OK.
  • Choose from: First shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) or Second shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM).
  • Ability to work extended hours when business needs arise.
  • No travel required.

Pay and employment details

  • Starting pay: $16.00 per hour.
  • Second shift differential: +$2.00/hour.
  • Full‑time, hourly position.
