Inbound Sales Closer – Tax Relief Client Advisor

Guardian Tax is growing, and we're looking for motivated sales professionals who know how to connect with people, build trust, and close.

This is not a cold-calling role. Our clients are reaching out because they are dealing with real tax issues and need guidance. Some are overwhelmed, stressed, or unsure where to even start. As a Client Advisor, your job is to listen, understand their situation, explain how we can help, and guide them toward a solution that could make a real difference in their life.

What You'll Do

• Handle 100% inbound calls from individuals actively looking for tax relief help
• Build trust quickly and create a comfortable experience for potential clients
• Ask the right questions to understand each client's tax situation and financial hardship
• Explain our services clearly and confidently
• Overcome objections with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Close deals and help clients take the next step toward resolving their tax concerns
• Follow up with prospects and keep communication consistent
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
