VizzaLights is a growing permanent exterior lighting company specializing in professionally installed architectural lighting systems for residential and commercial properties.


Our lighting systems allow customers to beautifully illuminate their homes year-round and customize colors for holidays, celebrations, game days, special occasions, and everyday architectural lighting.


As we grow, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Inbound Sales Consultant who can turn customer interest into an exceptional buying experience.


The Position


This is primarily an inbound sales position — not traditional cold calling.


You'll work with prospective customers who have contacted VizzaLights through our website, advertising, social media, referrals, events, and other marketing channels.


Your job is to respond quickly, understand what the customer wants, educate them about VizzaLights, prepare or coordinate estimates, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and ultimately close the sale.


We're looking for someone who is personable and consultative but also highly motivated by results.


What You'll Do

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads
  
  
• Speak with homeowners and commercial prospects by phone, text, email, and other approved communication channels
  
  
• Educate customers about VizzaLights products, features, installation, warranties, pricing, and financing options
  
  
• Qualify prospective customers and identify their needs
  
  
• Prepare or coordinate estimates using company systems and property information
  
  
• Present proposals and confidently ask for the sale
  
  
• Follow up consistently with undecided prospects
  
  
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM
  
  
• Schedule installations and coordinate customer handoff to operations
  
  
• Track sales activity, conversion rates, follow-ups, and closed business
  
  
• Re-engage previous inquiries and opportunities
  
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first inquiry through the sale
  
  
• Provide customer feedback and sales insights to management and marketing
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  
  
• Home improvement, construction, roofing, solar, landscaping, lighting, HVAC, security, automotive, or other consultative sales experience is a plus
  
  
• Excellent phone and communication skills
  
  
• Confident presenting pricing and asking for the sale
  
  
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  
  
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales technology
  
  
• Ability to learn technical product information
  
  
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused
  
  
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  
  
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where systems will continue to evolve
  
  

The Right Person


We're looking for someone who understands that speed, follow-up, trust, and customer experience drive inbound sales.


You should be comfortable taking a customer from:


“I'm interested. How much does it cost?”


to:


“Great — when can you install it?”


You don't need to be aggressive. In fact, we prefer a consultative sales approach that helps customers understand the value of the product and feel confident about their purchase.


At the same time, you should be comfortable discussing money, overcoming objections, following up multiple times, and asking customers to move forward.
