We're looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll engage with current and prospective customers, helping them find the right broadband solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll handle inbound inquiries, make outbound follow-up calls, and use your sales skills to drive results.
Location Requirement: Although this is a work-from-home opportunity, candidates must reside within 45 miles of a WOW! market or office location to support operational and team collaboration needs.

What You'll Do
As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping customers stay connected while contributing to WOW!'s sales success.
Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls to current and prospective customers interested in WOW! products and services
Identify customer needs & recommend the best products, services, features, & bundled solutions
Achieve sales goals related to customer connections, conversion rates, bundle sales, and Whole-Home Wi-Fi adoption
Maintain and manage sales leads while conducting outbound follow-up activities to generate new business
Accurately process customer orders while adhering to installation, security, disclosure, and company compliance requirements
Follow established sales call processes to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
Stay informed on current products, packages, promotions, and policies
Share customer feedback and competitive insights with leadership
Participating in coaching sessions, team huddles, training programs, and development activities
Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain products, services, and solutions clearly and professionally over the phone
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
Comfortable learning multiple systems and navigating technology in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read and interpret reports, sales metrics, product information, and training materials
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of sales experience
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience
Experience with billing systems such as ICOMS
Call center or telecommunications experience
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Sitting or standing at a workstation for extended periods
Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and telephone
Ability to type and handle paperwork throughout the workday
Close visual focus for computer-based work
Frequent communication via phone and virtual platforms
Occasional reaching and handling of materials at desk or shoulder height
